BACH MA NATIONAL PARK TOUR FROM HUE ITINERARY
Pickup & Lap An Lagoon
First, our professional English-speaking tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hue City. We begin the Bach Ma National Park Tour. You will head south along National Highway 1A. The journey takes around 1.5 hours (about 40 km).
On the way, we stop at Lap An Lagoon for a short break. This peaceful brackish lagoon offers stunning views of Lang Co Bay and the Bach Ma mountain range. It is a great place to take photos and observe local fishing activities.
Bach Ma National Park Entrance & Hai Vong Dai Peak
After arriving at Bach Ma National Park, we visit the Visitor Center near the entrance gate. Here, our guide will introduce you to the park’s history, biodiversity, and conservation efforts. You will learn about its rich ecosystem, which is home to rare species of plants, birds, and mammals.
Then, we continue driving up to Bach Ma Peak at an altitude of 1,450 meters above sea level. You will reach Bach Ma Peak, or Hai Vong Dai Peak (Sea Watching Tower).
Here you will enjoy the best highlight of our Bach Ma National Park tour 1 day program. Ready? Yes, from Hai Vong Dai, let’s enjoy panoramic views of Truoi Lake, Cau Hai Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, and even Hai Van Pass on clear days.
Five Lakes Trail
After exploring the summit area, we transfer to the parking point at Km 17 to start trekking the Five Lakes trail. The path leads you through dense jungle and across small streams. We walk from Lake No.1 toward Lake No.5, where we stop for a picnic lunch prepared by our team.
At Lake No.5, you can rest, enjoy lunch, and dip your feet or swim in the cool, clear water. The peaceful surroundings and natural pools make this a refreshing break during the trek.
Do Quyen Waterfall
Next, we continue to Do Quyen Waterfall, one of the most impressive waterfalls in the park. The waterfall is about 300 meters high and surrounded by thick forest. From the top, you can admire the powerful flow cascading down the rocks.
For adventurous guests, you may walk down nearly 600 steps to reach the foot of the waterfall and experience its grandeur from below. The climb back up is a bit challenging but absolutely rewarding.
Finally, we finish the Bach Ma National Park day tour at (expectedly) 4 PM. Then we return to Hue City. Our driver will drop you off at your hotel. This is the end of a memorable Bach Ma National Park full day tour with Hue Top Tours.

- Mobile signal inside the forest can be weak or unavailable. So inform family beforehand if necessary.

- Leeches may appear in the rainy months (September–December), so wear long socks and closed shoes.
- Trekking involves uneven paths and stone steps. Pace yourself and stay hydrated.
- Respect park regulations: do not litter, feed wildlife, or leave marked trails.
